EOFY 2026 Promotional Offers
These terms govern Vertex360's two EOFY 2026 promotional offers. They apply in addition to Vertex360's standard subscription terms and conditions available at vertex360.io/terms. Where there is a conflict, these promotional terms prevail for the duration of the offer period. By signing a Vertex360 subscription agreement during the promotional period, you accept the terms of the offer you have selected in full.
📅 Offer A — Month-to-month plan
What you get — Offer A
First month free. A 1-month paid subscription activates the offer.
Sign a new Vertex360 month-to-month subscription before 30 June 2026 and your first month is provided at no charge. A 1-month paid subscription is required to activate the offer — that becomes month two. If you cancel during the free month, the paid month is charged and the subscription is cancelled. Continue past the paid month and standard month-to-month billing applies from month three. No annual lock-in.

Offer A is open from 12:00 AM AEST on 1 June 2026 and closes at 11:59 PM AEST on 30 June 2026 ("Promotional Period").

To qualify, the Licensee must execute the Vertex360 Month-to-Month Subscription Agreement and have the account activated within the Promotional Period.

Vertex360 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or extend Offer A at any time during the Promotional Period by updating these terms at vertex360.io. Changes do not affect accounts already activated under the Offer prior to the change.

Offer A cannot be used in conjunction with Offer B, any other Vertex360 promotional offer, discount code, or negotiated pricing — unless explicitly confirmed in writing by Vertex360.
A2 · Subscription terms under Offer A
First month free — how it works

Upon account activation during the Promotional Period, the Licensee's first month of access is provided at no charge ("Free Month"). The Free Month commences on the account activation date.

To activate the Offer, a 1-month paid subscription at the standard monthly rate is required. This paid month ("Activation Month") commences immediately after the Free Month ends and is billed at the standard monthly subscription rate.

If the Licensee cancels during the Free Month, the Activation Month fee is charged in full and the subscription is then cancelled. No access is provided beyond the end of the Activation Month billing period.

If the Licensee does not cancel during the Free Month, the Activation Month is billed and the subscription continues on a rolling month-to-month basis from month three at the standard monthly rate.

The Free Month has no monetary value. It cannot be transferred, redeemed for credit, or carried over.
A3 · Cancellation and fees — Offer A
Cancellation during the free first month

If the Licensee cancels at any point during the Free Month, the Activation Month fee (one month at the standard subscription rate) is charged immediately upon cancellation. The subscription is then cancelled and no further charges apply.

The Licensee retains access to the platform until the end of the Activation Month billing period. No access is provided beyond that date.

No refund of the Activation Month charge is provided. The charge represents the minimum commitment required to activate the free month offer.

To cancel during the Free Month, the Licensee must notify Vertex360 in writing to [email protected] with the subject line "EOFY 2026 Offer A — Cancellation Request" and include the account name and activation date. Vertex360 will confirm the cancellation and Activation Month charge in writing within 5 business days.
★ Offer B — Annual upfront plan (best value)
What you get — Offer B
Pay for 12 months — access 15 months.
Sign an annual upfront subscription before 30 June 2026 and receive 3 months of Vertex360 access at no additional charge. Your 15-month access period begins on the date your account is activated. One upfront payment. No monthly billing. No rollover.

To qualify, the Licensee must execute the Annual Subscription Agreement and remit full upfront payment within the Promotional Period. Agreements signed but not paid before 30 June 2026 do not qualify.

Vertex360 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or extend Offer B at any time. Changes do not affect accounts already signed and paid under the Offer prior to the change.

Offer B cannot be used in conjunction with Offer A, any other promotional offer, discount code, or negotiated pricing — unless explicitly confirmed in writing by Vertex360.
B2 · Subscription terms under Offer B
15-month access period

Upon payment of the annual upfront subscription fee during the Promotional Period, the Licensee receives access to the Vertex360 platform for 15 consecutive months from the account activation date ("Subscription Period").

The 3 bonus months are appended to the end of the standard 12-month paid term. They are not separable, transferable, or redeemable for credit or cash.

The Subscription Period begins on the date Vertex360 activates the account, typically within 2 business days of payment being received and cleared.

The annual fee paid covers months 1–12. Months 13–15 are provided at no charge as part of this Offer.

At the end of the 15-month Subscription Period, the account will transition to Vertex360's then-current standard annual or month-to-month plan. Vertex360 will provide no less than 45 days written notice before the transition date with pricing applicable at that time.
B4 · Cancellation and fees — Offer B
Cancellation within the first month

If the Licensee cancels within the first 30 calendar days of the account activation date ("Early Cancellation Window"), Vertex360 will retain an amount equivalent to one month's equivalent subscription fee as a cancellation fee.

The cancellation fee is calculated as the total annual fee paid divided by 12. The remaining balance is refunded to the Licensee within 14 business days of the cancellation being confirmed in writing.
Cancellation fee (within first 30 days) = Annual fee ÷ 12 months × 1

The 3 bonus months are forfeited in full upon any early cancellation. No compensation or credit is issued for the promotional portion of the Subscription Period.
