Yes. Both Offer A and Offer B are available to any new NDIS provider account, regardless of participant or worker numbers. Your account manager will confirm which plan suits your current setup during the demo — but the choice is yours.
Offer AHow does the first month free work on month-to-month?

Your first month is free — no charge on activation. To activate the offer, a 1-month paid subscription is required. That paid month becomes month two. If you cancel during the free first month, the paid month is charged and your subscription is then cancelled. If you continue past the paid month, standard month-to-month billing applies from month three with no annual lock-in.
Offer BHow does the 15-month annual offer work?

You pay your full 12-month annual subscription upfront before 30 June 2026. Your account then runs for 15 consecutive months from activation — 12 months you paid for, plus 3 bonus months at the end. One payment, no further invoices until renewal at month 15.
Both offersWhat happens if I need to cancel within the first month?

Under Offer A (month-to-month), if you cancel during the free first month, the 1-month paid subscription is charged and the account is cancelled — no further charges apply. Under Offer B (annual), if you cancel within the first 30 days, one month's equivalent fee (annual fee ÷ 12) is retained and the remaining balance is refunded within 14 business days. The 3 bonus months under Offer B are forfeited in full.
Offer BWhat if I want to cancel after the commitment period on the annual plan?

At 40 participants, either offer works well. Offer A gives you a free first month — a 1-month paid subscription activates the offer, and if you stay on, it's month-to-month from there with no annual lock-in. Offer B gives you 15 months for the price of 12 if you're ready to commit annually. Your account manager can walk you through both during the demo.
